We currently offer shipping across India. For international orders, please contact us via Instagram DM or email at support@firdosetreasures.in. Delivery timelines for international orders will be shared after order confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. This processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or for personalized/customized products.
For personalized or customized items, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing before dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. Generally, delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on your first order as a special welcome gift.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey on our courier partner's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@firdosetreasures.in.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@firdosetreasures.in. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from the courier facility, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
