We accept returns or replacements only in case of damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used journals, hadith jars, and personalised items are not eligible for return.
Yes, we currently offer All-India shipping. International orders are accepted via DM. Delivery timelines will be shared after order confirmation.
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner and generally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Yes, we offer limited personalisation on select products. Personalised orders may take up to 2 additional business days to process before dispatch.
