We accept returns or replacements only in case of damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used journals, hadith jars, and personalised items are not eligible for return.

Yes, we currently offer All-India shipping. International orders are accepted via Instagram DM or email. Delivery timelines for international orders will be shared after order confirmation.

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner and generally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner's website.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on your first order as a welcome gift!

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Yes, we offer limited personalisation on select products. Personalised orders may take up to 2 additional business days to process before dispatch. Please check product descriptions for customisation options.
