We accept returns or replacements only in case of damaged or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged item). In such cases, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the exact item is not available, we will offer you a similar product or a full refund.
